The appliance is frequency-controlled and serves, with regular use, 2 or 3 times a week, as a caring and prophylactic devise against ear damage and inflammations, as well as against blockage of the ear-canal, especially to prevent such infirmities. Statistics in Switzerland show that the yearly consultations to ear specialists count about 600`000 alone for painful ear disorders and blocked ear-canals.
